Week 8 Mind Training

Mind Training

Watching what gets into the mind is essential in shifting to a positive state of mind.  One must guard their mind as if it contains gold.  Establishing a new habit requires awareness, repetition and determination.  Learning to let go of any negativity is more than important.

The law of substitution is a key to experience freedom from negativity.  I have used this several times this week.  It changed the playing field, freeing my mind to not linger too long on what has, in the past, disturbed the peace within.

I can choose to experience grace and joy instead of discord.  The mental diet is freedom.
